Your confirmation and/or acceptance of a booking via an estimate, SMS, WhatsApp, email or telephone deems acceptance of all terms outlined herein
– All bookings must be paid up-front prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing
– Invoices include a fee for travel and equipment hire
– If the event is outdoor, shade or rain protection must be provided
– If the booking is for more than 2 hours, a meal and drink should be provided
– Should the booking be for a Sunday or public holiday, the fee invoiced will be 1.5 x the standard hourly rate
– Cancellations received more than 7 days before the event will receive a 100% refund
– Cancellation received between 3 and 7 days of the event will forfeit 50% of the booking fee
– Cancellation received less than 3 days prior to the event will forfeit 100% of the booking fee
– Overtime requests at or during the event will be charged at 1.5 x invoiced hourly rate
– Overtime requests prior to the event will be charged at 1 x invoiced hourly rate
